Terms of use

English law, a Stroud address, and a clear line between education and advice. Last updated 11 September 2026.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Crocinxeno, 6 Bridge Mead, Ebley, Stroud GL5 4BP, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +44 7649 263485.

2. Education, not advice

Pages on this site are general information about UK saving and investing. They are not personal financial advice, tax advice, or an invitation to buy or sell any investment. Crocinxeno is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you need advice, use an authorised firm and check the FCA Register. Investing involves risk. You may get back less than you put in.

3. Accuracy

We take care with 2026/27 figures (ISA £20,000, pension annual allowance £60,000, CGT exempt amount £3,000, dividend allowance £500, and the other numbers cited). Tax law and FCA rules change. You should confirm current figures with HMRC, the government, or an authorised adviser before you act. Calculators on the site are illustrations with stated assumptions, not forecasts.

4. Use of the site

You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with credit to Crocinxeno. You may not scrape the site for a competing product, misrepresent our content as advice, or frame the pages as if they were issued by an authorised firm. All trade marks and the Crocinxeno name remain ours.

5. Third-party sites

Links to the FCA Register and similar public resources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for investment losses, tax charges, or decisions you take after reading the site. The site is provided as published, without a warranty that it is complete for your circumstances.

7. Law

English law governs these terms. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your UK home court.
