UK GDPR
How we handle what you send us.
Crocinxeno is the data controller. We collect little, keep it in the UK, and do not sell it. Last updated 11 September 2026.
Who we are
Crocinxeno, 6 Bridge Mead, Ebley, Stroud GL5 4BP, United Kingdom. Email [email protected]. Telephone +44 7649 263485.
What we collect
If you email us or use the contact form (which opens your own mail app), we receive whatever you choose to send: typically a name, email address and message. We do not run a client login, a newsletter list, or an advertising pixel. Server logs on the host may record IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and diagnostics, and are rotated on the host's ordinary schedule.
Why we collect it
Legitimate interests and, where you write to us, steps at your request: to answer you, to correct our guides, and to keep the site working. We do not profile you for marketing. We do not pass your details to platforms, brokers or lead-buyers.
Cookies
We set one first-party value in local storage, crocinxeno_consent, so we can remember whether you accepted or rejected the banner. It is not used for advertising. Third-party content (fonts from fonts.bunny.net, icons and the Tailwind browser script from jsDelivr) may set their own technical cookies according to those providers' policies. You can reject non-essential cookies on the banner; the site still works.
How long we keep mail
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months unless we must keep it longer to establish or defend a legal claim, or you ask us to delete it and we have no overriding reason to retain it.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Write to [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy”. We will respond within one month.
Children
The site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. A Junior ISA guide is information for parents and guardians, not an account-opening service.
